Summary	0000010: Text Adventure mutator needs adjustments
Description	Remove the lowercase characters from it's character pool, along with these characters: ^ : " ~ It's just defaulting to these tiny characters way too much, resulting in too much black space on the screen There should be a brightness boost already, but we may want to just kick it up to at or near fullbright levels to make more of an impact. Can just test and see.
